Refund & Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel your reservation with us, please do so at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any cancellations made after the arrival date will be charged at the rate of one night stay.
If you need to change your reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request, and any changes are subject to the approval by our reservations team.
In the event of a no-show, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to check out earlier than originally planned, we cannot guarantee a refund for unused nights.
In the event you need to cancel your reservation with us, please do so at least 3 days prior to your schedules arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after your scheduled arrival will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
If you need to leave the resort earlier than originally planned, we cannot guarantee a refund for unused nights.
Also, in the rare of us having to cancel your booking, for any reason, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund of your stay.
Advance Deposit Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to the first night's stay is required for stays of two nights or more. One-night stays require full payment.
This deposit will be applied towards the guest's total bill upon check-out.
Deposits can be made by credit card, wire transfer, FCIB First Pay or cash by visiting our office.
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be refunded if the cancellation is made 3 days in advance as per the cancellation policy.
